Post ideas for the Legion of Doom here!
Feat:
Legion Of Doom Alternate Team Ability
Prerequisite: Legion of Doom keyword
Character's possessing the following team ability instead of its printed team ability.
When a character with the Legion of Doom team ability makes an attack without having its values further modified by a friendly character, increase their attack value by +1.

It's meant to show that when they work alone, they do their best to shine. Anyone have a better idea?

Defense - Die for me: Scarecrow can use Mastermind against a friendly or opposing figure with the exception of the attacking figure.

Aiming in the right direction, not a fan of the SP options though. He needs a more potent version of Arcade's power.

Here's my version of Luthor from the show. His special powers come from specific episodes. The damage one comes from an episode where he tricks Darkseid into some getting use of his omega beams to gain the powers of the Super Friends. The attack power is from an episode when he builds a shrink ray. Let me know whatcha think:

Why? I'd hardly say he is as effective as Arcade.
