Your my bubble, my bubble why take the car?

Prerequisite: GLC keyword

Cost: 3 per character

At the beginning of your turn any character with the GLC keyword may use
earthbound/neutralized until the beginning of you next turn

This is not an ATA

Its supposed to work like the rip it up feat where any chacater can use it. Like you pay 20 and you can choose who gives the taxi

I don't get it...:ermm: Why would you want to give a GLC keyworded fig earthbound? Can you explain it a bit more? I really don't get it.

Most of them are fliers. This would allow them to be carried.

10 point feat, at most.

Oh... I didn't think of that. Haha my bad. Still isn't 20 points a bit high for an ATA?

Well, that's the thing. If it is an ATA, then it replaces the GLC team ability. which kind of gets rid of the point of this feat in the first place. The point is to move a mass amout of GLC members out at once. But if that TA gets replaced, only one can get carried at a time. I would rather see a feat like this:

Hold Your Footing:

Prerequisite: :m-wing:, :m-wing-trans:

This character has Earthbound/Neutralized. The character is only knocked back if the knock back value would be 3 or greater. When this character makes a ranged combat attack without using Running Shot, Charge, Hypersonic Speed, or Move and Attack, modify their attack value by +1.

10 points.

Would really make a difference on flying finesse snipers. Lets someone like Lightning Lad be carried by other Legion members, then able to snipe with a high AV.

Make it like 3 points per character,.. not ata
