Can mastermind be used against a psychic blast attack?
Example Red Skull gets hit by Moondragon's psychic blast. Can red skull divert damage to a fellow clix?

Yes. From the DC FAQ:

"Mastermind can deflect damage generated by a Psychic Blast. Mastermind does not reduce the damage, it just transfers it."

Super Sences can provide some protection too if I'm not mistaken.

Yes it can because Psychic Blast is a targeted attack.

D_Ronin is correct though his answer is a little misleading.
Psychic Blast is not an attack in itself - you use Psychic Blast with a ranged attack.

OK, so if you transfer the damage, via Mastermind, to someone that has Super Senses, they would get to roll to try and avoid?

And one more thing concerning MM. What if you had Joker take a hit, but he MMs to Riddler, can Riddler MM it to Bane then, or damage can only be transferred once via MM?

Dr. Doom is attacked and Masterminds the damage to Red Skull. Dr. Doom was the target of a successful attack; Red Skull received damage from a superpower. Because of this, Red Skull cannot use Mastermind himself, nor could he use Impervious or Super Senses if he had them. Toughness and Invulnerability will still work, as they allow reduction of damage from superpowers.

If the original Masterminded attack had a roll of doubles, then Red Skull will receive the knockback, and if the original attack was reinforced with Psychic Blast then Red Skull would be utilize Toughness and Invulnerability.

I know we've probably argued this before, but I seem to have forgot.

Why doesn't Super Senses work?

With Energy Explosion, Super Senses works and that is a Superpower.

If a clix with MM and toughness gets hit, does he have to mm all of the damage, or can he take one for toughness and mm the rest?

Well.. hmm

Theorectically...

if a figure has both Mastermind and Toughness (both are located on the Defense stat).... then I'd have to say he would have to:

1) Mastermind ALL the damage away

or

2) take all the damage after Toughness is applied.

About why Super Senses doesn't work on MMed damage: maybe Super Senses can be looked upon as working against attack rolls? With EE there is still an attack roll, even if the SS figure is just taking splash damage. In the MM scenario there isn't an attack roll being compared to the SS figure's defense. The MM figure just hands over the damage. Super Senses can't avoid Poison either (right?) and it doesn't have an attack roll. Just thinking out loud here.

I believe Mr. Pilkington has the gist of it.

Mastermind turns the attack damage into power effect damage (similar to poison) along with any "bonus" effects (i.e. Knockback, Psychic Blast).
So the lackey receives Mastermind damage (& MM is not an attack) and not Moondragon's original attack damage therefore Super-Sense doesn't get "activated".

That's what I was looking for:

MM is not an attack.

Right... it's the gift that keeps giving. :D
