City of Heroes card element suggestions.

I've been thinking of running a 300 point Paragon City keyword team.

I'm going to try:

118 points - Statesman
087 points - Manticore
082 points - Positron

287 points - Total

So I'm wondering what feats/bystanders/speacial objects would be best to fill up that last 13 points?

And also what BFC you'd run with it?

I'd actually recommend using caped Statesman instead of capeless. Puts you at 300 on the nose and gives you a *much* more playable flying brick.

See, my problem with that is wasted Wildcard TA.

Well, with only 13 points to work with, you've really got to slum it to get some use out of that TA. You could go with a Clobberin' Time Shield Sniper for 11 (nice TA for your rangers) or a thematically accurate Exp Hypertime Gotham PD for 13. Of course, if want to hit up the pogs from the map packs, you can thoroughly cheese it up. Print yourself off an Alfred, and you've got Bats TA for a ridiculous 6 points. Throw in an Alicia Masters for 5 and you get a click of healing for everyone when you inevitably decide to push her to death - err, I mean, she tragically falls while the heroes are distracted.

But I have an Alfred pog I use with my Hellboy team, so I'll give that a wirl (wirl? Wurl? I dunno).
