Marvel vs. DC(with a twist)

Ok, there are a lot of Marvel vs. DC ideas. Usually, they're just the JLA vs. the Avengers. As much as I like the Avengers, and all that, it's really no contest. JLA can beat them with their eyes closed. However, what I would like to see is the Marvel villians(Doom, Ultron, etc) vs. the DC heroes (JLA and such). In my opinion, it would really depend on the way it was fought. If it was he usual they meet in a field adn decide to duke it out kinda thing, then JLA would probably win. However, if it was something like the Marvel guys show up in the DC universe and start doing their evil things until the DC guys show up to stop them, Marvel would win. Dr. Doom himself just knows how to be evil, manipulative, adn all that good stuff. I have confidence in the guy. It would take time, and a head-to-head battle would have to be avoided, but I think they could do it.

On the subject of fights, the best fight I could think of would be Bullseye vs. Ozymandias. It would be soooooo good.

We talking Heroclix here, or comicswise? If this is a comic based battle, then certainly dont count the Avengers out of the fight so quickly. They have some very heavy hitters, who could be equals or even superior to their DC JLA counterparts. Comicwise, this is one GREAT battle, that could definarely go either way........HC wise, JLA would definately win.

hmm id have to disagree i think avengers would definaly win hero clix wise,
right now the JLA jsut has no heavy hitters other than superman and he costs an arm and a leg to use.
just my opinion but heroclix wise id go with avengers
comic wise welll ive read soooooo many posts onthis but i really dont know enuff about the JLA to make an opinion but im kinda hoping the avengers would prevail

comic wise, i don't think the avengers stand a chance... super man and thor can go at it fo a while, and let's say she hulk can keep up with the martian manhunter.. but the rest of the avengers just don't compete with flash, wonder woman, and green lantern.

lol Cap America and Bats could match up, and Iron Man and Green Lantern match up relatively favorably...Vision and Martian Manhunter could square off, as could Wonder Woman and She Hulk. And Plastic Man against Wasp AND Giant Man :) Flash? That'd be tough to go against. Course Avengers have Wonder Man, and Tigra, and Black Panther....not to mention if you wanted to get into all the members they've had that have been in other teams...
You need to limit what Avengers you mean :D

better idea: just like the regular marvel vs dc thing! now, i know lobo, superboy, green goblin (he was in it), green arrow (him too), silver surfur, jubilee, and probably other people haven't been realesed yet, but we could jsut skip those battles. we will do fine with:
superman vs hulk
batman vs captain america
electra vs catwoman
others? dont remember
