Fast question: pick up objects

1. Is needed to roll break away when you are trying pick up an object while you are b2b an opposing fig ?

Yes. It is a move action and to move when you are BtB, you need to roll for breakaway.

For example:

x: clear terrain
1: your guy
2: enemy guy
o: object

For 1 to pick up the object, he has to be moving. To move, he must try to break away. So, figure 1 in the diagram can either:

a) forget the object and attack 2
b) attempt to break away, and if successful, may pick up object - if figure 1 has charge, he/she may then attack 2 (or someone else) with the object.

Yep...

Figures that don't have to break away...

Phasing and Leap/Climb with Super Strength would be able to pick up, but cannot attack this turn.

Hypersonic Speed with Super Strength can pick up the object and use it immediatly.

Those are the only ones I can think of.
