outwit question

does a figure have to outwit before he takes his action? i.e., can rookie black panther move into a bush, then outwit somebody he didn't have LOS to before the move? or does he have to wait until the next turn to outwit?

Outwit has to be done before or after an action.

Just as long as it isn't done in the middle of an action....

So, a figure could not Charge Move, Outwit, then continue with his attack roll.

A figure would have to Outwit then Charge move and attack.

Or

Charge move and attack, resolve damage, end turn, then Outwit.
