Feels too regimented as a dial. And too "pre-Seth", as in, he gets hit and he forever declines after that point. Try to include a spike in powers or stats, so the battle remains fun throughout.

Yeah his range is from the torch. Mostly i went with the beat stick idea. In the annilation series, he was more of a close combat person than range. So i went with that.

I like it, though i would like to maybe have the "Space" keyword in there in hope of one day making an annilation theme team ala Skrull, Prax, Nova, and Ronin.
