Thoughts/hopes

Here are some ideas I had as far as different heroclix properties/ comics to be done.

I have reletivly little faith that any will make it, but I think they would be cool.

One we can all agree on - TMNT collector's set - pure and simple

They had marvel cameos, they're in IDW, who ya gonna call!
Ghost Busters (with either GB TA/S on base or team card - ability: I would think built in monster hunter or some sort of power to triangulate the fire)

Seeing as we got Terry, let's get Static!

The sea shakes, subways crumble, Tokions wonder why they did not buy insurence - Godzilla! (Think anti-moniter action pack)
He was in Marvel

And least likely of all- but I hope for the most!
Bionicle - a six figure set would be a great starter, it would attract some younger player, and something tells me that there are som AFOL's out there in the realms who agree. Great sculpts cool powers (DC comic nontheless)

So what do you think/ what would you want?

Well, "all" is a pretty big word. I have no interest in Adolescent Deformed Chopsocki Reptiles and would not buy them.

My hopes/wants would include:

Universal Monsters
Pulp Heroes
Forgotten Golden-Age Heroes (think Superpowers Project)
Atlas-Seaboard Heroes

With as many people clamoring for a TMNT set you never know.

Ghostbuster- please no.

Godzilla- most likely not. That and ghostbusters would be better with horrorclix.

And as a X-Bionicle Fan myself, I would hope they would never make a set, plus the property is dead with a less than spectacular ending. Lego screwed the pooch on this one.

Also If you like bionicle, pm me I"m trying to get rid of all of my sets and special edition figs.

You forgot Transformers!

Enough people have been talking about TMNT that an attentive WK may make the attempt. Heck, they may be looking into it as we speak.

Godzilla is a pretty limited figure base with everything as colossal. I doubt they'd release a single figure after paying all that money to use the property. With how irritating it probably is to release colossals, they'd have to either have to make a boxed set (A really big expensive one with few figures) or only release Godzilla himself, which would probably be a waste of money. Sorry, just use Foom.

We're all waiting for Static. Just use Lightning Lad/Lord until we get one.

TMNT: Yes. Been waiting on this for a LONG time (since Indy clix was first announced). I see a lot of licensing issues because so many companies have rights to them for various things.

Ghost Busters: Not in HeroClix. I'd be OK with them in HorrorClix (in fact, they'd be PERFECT). In HeroClix, they would be pushovers.

Static: No. He's a horrible character with even worse villains. I know he's been teamed up with JL members, but he never really did anything that would make me want him as a clix fig. On the other hand, I would like some Batman Beyond villains (Inque!)

Gojira: No. No. No. Not ever. Again, maybe in HorrorClix, but not HeroClix.

Bionicle: No again. Have no desire for Legos to enter HeroClix.

Transformers will never happen. Transformers are owned by Hasbro. Hasbro owns Wizards of the Coast, who just happens to be WizKids' biggest competitor in the collectible gaming market. I'd look to WotC to release a Transformers mini game before selling the rights to someone else.

It would be neat but Transformers just does not translate to Heroclix.

If BPDR (?) can be both Horr/Her, so can GB, besides, wouldn't you want a game against the marshmellow man?

Bio was really just a pipe dream, I realize that the only way it could pop-up would be if the Convention winner is an AFOL.
