R equals both robins, H a soaring hawkman...the bottom H R are friendlies...the upper Robin is targeting the bottom Robin...does he have Line of Fire UNDER the soaring Hawkman?

In your first diagram, Robin blocks her line of sight, whether he's friendly or not. Soaring figures, believe it or not, block line of fire.

In neither of your diagrams is there LOF.

Soaring figures are not adjacent to any non-Soaring figures.

ok and in general you cant ever fire BETWEEN two characters in two adjacdent squares? i read somewhere that you could but i hope you cant because it s just unrealistic...

If Huntress has two lightning bolts as her range - then the answer is yes, you can have a clear LOF to both Aquaman and Robin, I guess...I am not a judge. :D
