So here's my take on Silver Surfer let me know what you guys think. =D

Attack - Cosmic Blast: Silver Surfer has Psychic Blast. When Silver Surfer makes a ranged combat attack and deals damage to an opposing character, the character is knocked back equal to the damage dealt.
Damage - Healing Ability: Silver Surfer may use Support. When using Support the minimum result on the die roll becomes 2 instead of 1.

Not bad at all, though I'd change the wording of the Speed special to: "Silver Surfer can use Hypersonic Speed and Phasing/Teleport" since he's a flyer and ignores chars and terrain anyway when moving.

This way he can kick Kid Zoom's arse even faster.

Yea, Id say that isnt bad either for and experienced version. Id just say put the ee first cause its a lighter the the pb cause he doesnt just come out at guys full power. Also he should never have lower than 3 damage and should have a few more 4s on there. If it was a vet version throw some 5s on there too haha.
