How Unique are Uniques?

I'm mainly a DC collector/player/reader, but I've picked up 3 Marvel IC boosters since the addiction began (3 weeks and a little over 100 figures ago).

So far I've been 3 for 3 on Uniques, with a Unique Juggernaut, Vision, and Wolverine. I haven't hit any Uniques in my DC buys. Am I just lucky? Or is this common? I only buy the Marvels to try and get a few heros from my youth...Cap, Thor, the Fantastic Four, and when Explosion comes out, Iron Man.

You must have gotten all the U's in the booster's I was suppos to buy. No matter how many IC's I bought, I never got one U!

Hell i get them like candy. I even give them to my friends.I traded 7 U to get 10 boster and got 5 of them rt back. Bouhgt 15 bosters and got 4 visions and a wolverine and the next guy bought one and got Cap so i traded him vision and Wolvie for Cap. now the CT set i get 6 arm spidy, Titina, and mojo. the funny thing is i bought 3 cases and still no #### Mr. fiit.


maybe i am a magnet for these U.just last Sat went in to a Comic stor bought two boosters and got mojo as well 6 arm spidy.

You figure there's about a one in six chance of getting a Unique in a booster.

tell that to the booster's I get, It's not all bad, I have a couple U's (Batman and Red Skull) but all these reports of U's by the barrils are making pritty darn pissed

I'd much rather have gotten a Red Skull or Batman than Vision, Juggernaut or Parasite, since I'm not that familiar with these characters, but Red Skull and Batman have meaning to me as a comic reader. I just wish I had the luck with DC that I had with Marvel. 1 unique out of 5 starters and about 6 or7 boosters, and it came out of a starter.

my rule of thumb: if you get a boost of uniques in your purchases, don't gloat, cause there's bound to be some other guy who didn't get any (20 CT boosters = 4 uniques).

In the past 5 Clobberin Time boosters, I've ended up with three Super Skrulls. I'm looking for a Vision or some other uniques though so If anyone needs a Super Skrull or Veteran Invisible Woman and wants to trade, send me a message

In CT of the 3 cases i bought all U was at the bottom 1/2 and got 9 U 1st case, 2nd 7 U,and 3rd 8 U . Been told there is 8 in a case so out of 42 boxes there is 34 that are not. For my odds i got 6 arm Spidy the most 2nd would the monkey strong Girl then Mojo. but still no frecken Mr. FIxit. do they make him? is he like the Wasp U? very hard to find??


I need to spend my money on other things lol God Bless overtime.

yeah, well as long as were discussing bad luck ,when i was at a tournament in minn. i didnt have any money with me, (bad idea, i know) and i was gonna get a booster when i discovered my lack of money. well i didnt get my booster, and one of the guys i played in the tourny with bought one and walked out, he walked back in 2 minits later with a huge smile on his face, holding MY mr fixit! i am so mad that i forgot my money

Weird. I've pulled three Mister Fixit's out of Five uniques.

Darn cool. After seventeen boosters and zero uniques, I buy two boosters and get a Fixit and a Spiral. Renews my faith in the power of statistics.

In my first 12 packs nothing. Now I havn't bought alot since but if I get a U in my next pack, I'm dead on with statistics (like that will happen)
And just by posting this I know I'v jinxed myself.

i haven't bought as many as some of you have. Probably bout 30 packs in all and i've only got one unique, thanos. he is okay but everytime i opened a pack i wanted vision! that's okay now there is plenty others i want and can try for.
