The superman enemy team ablitiy states,

If two of Superman Enemies are adjacent, the figure with the HIGHEST point value has the outwit power

So if two of the same LEVEL figures are adjacent, Then nobody get's it RIGHT EXAMPLE,

Two Experienced Doomsday's adjacent to each other, NONE of them has a higher point value because their the same NOT HIGHER than each other but the same. my friend and I got in a fight last night over this so what do you guy's think?:D

If I remember correctly, if 2 figures of equal point cost are adjacent then it is the owner's choice as to who gets outwit ala the superman enemy team ability.

Ok then, how about this one. Doomsday and another Superman enemy are side by side. My figure is based with Doomsday, who has CCE. He uses the team ability to "gain the outwit super power" then attacks with CCE. Is this legal? Can you use CCE and Outwit on the same figure for an attack?

Nevermind, it's been answered by HeroComplex already:

The Superman Enemy ability is a team ability. The Outwit granted by it is not. It is exactly as if the figure had the Outwit power, which means, among other things, that it is subject to being Outwitted itself. And the reason Doomsday cannot use CCE against the target of his Outwit can be found in the FAQ under RCE:

quote:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The attacking player's other characters can effect the defending/targeted character, but the attacking character can't be the one using the other powers.

And MissingXman is correct. If the two Supes Enemies are the same point cost, the controller gets to choose which of them gets the Outwit power. In mixed games with flying wildcards, this has some highly abusive combo potential when free move team abilities are stirred in.

Hmmm...that last post didn't show me as a Judge. How odd.

And now it does. Even odder.
