I was just thinking about this Star Trek games, the characters there might look a look like their actors if they're well made, so they might look a look like some super heroes from movies and tv... If there are that are in both that is.
Only one I can think of from the top of my head is Patrick Stewart, you should all know who he plays (if not, what are you doing here? ;) )
Any others?

Jean Grey from the X-Men movies did an episode of TNG. Kirsten Dunst (Mary Jane) did an episode as well. Do they count?

Kelsey Grammer was in TNG??? What episode/who did he play?
I remember the Famke Jansen episode- quite a good one actually.
If they ever make those Heroes clix, then we could have Sylar vs. New Spock. ;)

Yeah, it was the one where they were stuck on a time loop. They would get destroyed and sent back to the beginning of the loop. Eventually they figured it out when Data sent back clues. I believe the clue was "3", meaning the rank of Ryker who had the correct plan to get out of the thing in one piece... I really need to stop DVR'ing every episode of TNG that airs... lol
Anyway, Grammer was the captain of the ship that kept destroying them.

I can only vaguely remember that episode. Was he a human captain or an alien?

I think we are talking about 2 different episodes.
The "loop" episode (AWESOME btw) was in the season 3-7.
The Oustradeious Okona was in season 1 or 2. Btw, that actor was candidate to be Riker on TNG but Roddenberry like Frakes more.

Also on the Okona episode, Okona flrirt (and something more..) with an Enterprise Transporter operator: the same Desperate Housewives that it was famous for Be Lois in Lois and Clark. also on clix.

The loop episode with Grammer on the end is "cause and effect"

Dr. Crusher actriss used to work with pupets before be on Star Trek.
She worked with the pupets in "Labyrinth" with David Bowe and Jennifer Connelly.
Jenniffer Connelly was Betty in "Hulk" and she was ALSO the Love of "Okona" on the "Rocketter" Movie.
Also, this guy looks a lot like Riker:

George Takei (Mr. Sulu) was the voice of Galactus in the "Super Hero Squad".
Michael Dorn (Mr. Worf) has been the voice of many cartoon characters (including the series Justice League Unlimited).

Armin Shimerman and Rene Auberjonois from DS:9 have each done a ton of voice work for comics-related cartoons (Shimerman was also Principal Snyder, should we ever get Buffyclix).

Wil Wheaton voiced Aqualad in the most recent Teen Titans cartoon ( and I think Ted Kord in Brave and the Bold ).
Marina Sirtis will apparently be the voice of Queen Bee in the Young Justice cartoon whenever it comes out.

I remember Rene Aberjonois from one of the GL episodes of JL actually (the one where John Stewart is put on trial).
