interesting dial but it feel like the Omega Level Mutant should be flipped to the back or middle. Jean doesn't start off at her post powerful. She is pushed there.

I have to agree with tster. The Omega Level Mutant ability should be somewhere towards the middle or end. Maybe clicks 4 and 5. Good dial btw. :)

Its a great dial for her but It feels over cost byt todays standards, i dont think she would break 100.

tster - Agreed. But if you noticed the powers included in the attack power are all non damaging like incap, force blast, etc, to show that while she's really powerful, she holds back. Later on when she get's banged around a bit she can do more damage with psychic blast and pulse wave.

Slade - I'm always for a cost reduction, but less than 100? I don't know, she would be almost too amazing then I would think. I'll see what I can do though.
