Cloak (http://www.aduckwhat.com/robert/heroclix/customs_view.cfm?figs=112) & Dagger (http://www.aduckwhat.com/robert/heroclix/customs_view.cfm?figs=110 ) are two of my old school favorites. I am building the dial for them and have run into some snags. Is BCF a good last ditch eat them alive for cloak? Should Dagger regen since she came back to life after being killed. Let me know what you think. Oh, and is 3 incaps too many for dagger. (she could get pretty generous with those daggers)

Here's what I think you should do with the Cloak figure. Change the 4 range w/ 2 arrows into 6 range w/ 1 arrow. Change Flurry into Plasticity. Take out Poison, Steal Energy, and BCF. Give him more clicks of Incap. and some Pulse Wave. Drop Defend, Imperv., and Toughness for 2 clicks of Super Senses, 3 Clicks of Barrier, and 2 clicks of Energy Shield/Deflection. And in the Damage Powers, give him Enhancement and Battle Fury.
As for Dagger. Drop the range to 6 range w/ 1 or 2 arrows. Drop the first 2 or three Incaps. for Energy Explosion. She should definately have some Super Senses and maybe Energy Shield/Deflection. No Regen. And I'd probably give her one or two clicks of Outwit.

Wow, they must have drastically changed power sets since the 80's. Why would Dagger have EE, Super Senses or Outwit?
I can see plasticity for cloak. Why no steal energy, wasn't that what he did? "feed the hunger" The reason I went with imperv instead of Super Senses is that it is almost impossible to harm cloak. I was really unsure that BCF was a good representation of how he absorbed people. (when he stopped holding back and just ate them) I don't really see barrier. He doesn't create obsticals. 4 range is plenty for Cloak, but I can see not having 2 targets. I can kind of see pulse wave being the cloaks bredth. Defend I was going for the field that the cloak takes up. He actually used it alot to protect people (Tandy) So I may keep that. I really don't understand why he would have enhancement but can see the battle fury, as he fights the inner demons.
I like to approach figs from a what you see is what you get approach. If I see Dagger making people "cold and ill" with her light daggers I would call that incap. I have never actually seen her "damage" people. I do agree about getting rid of regen, that was really because I hadn't read the one she died in and didn't know that she could regenerate. Sounds like she really just reformed later though, not miraculously got up on the battle field.
I do think you are right about Cloak really being an incap guy too.

Those are really good dials TheEnigma, a couple of things I didn't like, one is that dagger has RCE. I contimplated this but dagger was never a big damage girl. She was all about the incap. Making people weak. The other is smoke cloud for cloak. The smoke cloud was portal so you can't just walk through it having to stop. That is hard to represent though. IMHO. Thank you very much though, I like the direction you went with them, and we came to many of the same conclusions.

Yeah, I debated about the RCE myself, but 2 damage is pretty low, and won't even affect Invul/Imperv characters. She had a habit of stunning normal humans (Thugs) with her light, and I thought that was better represented by a quicker KO instead of just an action token. She stil has trouble with the heavy hitters.
Smoke Cloud was kind of a concession to game mechanics that approximate his abilities. His cape was like Spawn's and often flowed around the alleys they fought in, obscuring vision, and sometimes his Darkforce would "spray" out ahead of him. Barrier would be too powerful since it creates solid Blocking terrain, so I went with SC for the lighter hindering instead.

Hey TheEnigma, what do you think about this. A couple clix of Psychic Blast in place of some of the incap. Not heavy on the damage just one or 2. Let me know what you think.

Either that or Force Blast would be fine by me! Incap is a darned expensive power anyway.

on my versions of C&D i gave dagger psychic blast for one or two clix (can't remember of hand...i think it was just one) because her light daggers pierced through arm and tough skin...it essentially attacked the person's "soul".
also i gave her healing as well because she could use her daggers for that if she so willed it. just at the end of her dial though.

Thanks! I've got an Adobe Illustrator template that I use for the stats and dialtop, then I import into Photoshop and convert them to JPEGs for web use.
urlmaker here also has a cool online dialmaker, but I forget the addy right this second.
didnt Cloak Phase? I am thinking of the scene in MAximum carnage
