This has probaly been asked a thousand times. Can outwit be outwited?

Yes it can as long as the outwitted hero or villian isnt in stealth IE Black Panther.

But if the owtwit is lost then the person whom was outwitted will gais back his outwitt.

The OW'd charcter gets back their OW... but a word of caution; you can't OW the Intergang Team ability.

From the FAQ: "The ability grants the Outwit power, so if the above conditions are met, it would be possible for an opposing character to Outwit this newly granted Outwit power."
