Alternatively, I could drop Penance and the Vampirism in favor of E Techno (Fixer) and gain some needed Outwit and another person to carry my grounded figs.

But in seriousness man, I'd drop Taskmaster and Vampirism from first team for Vet Hawkeye from FF. Added mobility and even tho just as fragile can use the move n hit to stay protected. And remember were for once doing the feat cap so only 40pts of cards :ermm:
