Sinestro Ant-Monitor

I'm working on a master rule book with the most updated rules, faq's and ect, but when i came across the colossal part i am missing the sinestro anti- monitor rule book and the link in the units section does not work and was hoping someone may have a pdf file of his rules and if possible a dr. m rule book, which may be to soon, thank you.

There weren't really any spacial rule sheets that came with him, just his card with his special powers and traits.
