Prerequisite:
Choose a character. If this character possesses Blades/Claws/Fangs, Energy Explosion, Pulse Wave, Quake, Incapacitate, Penetrating/Psychic Blast or Telekinesis and uses it as an attack, after actions resolve, it may make a close or ranged combat attack as a free action, but modifies its attack and damage values by -1 for that attack.
First, I'm sorry for making another thread, but ClClix closed the other one before I could ask my question (I personally hate it when that happens, because it doesn't let other people easily ask questions they may have or reference the thread: rant over).
Since B/C/F is one of the powers, could you potentially attack forever? Or am I overlooking something?
Example:
My 9 on your 17. Roll an 8, then roll blades. Even if I roll a 1 with blades, and you have toughness, the attack was still a success, right?
Next attack: 8 on your 17. I roll a 9. Hit, roll blades.
Next attack: 7 on your 17
...
Next attack: 0 on your 17. I roll a 12. Roll blades.
Next attack: 0 on your 17. I roll a 12. Roll blades.
Maybe you had Invulnerable or Impervious and my blades rolls were bad and your impervious rolls great, so I kept not damaging you, but kept hitting 12's even when I had no attack. Because blades locks your roll, the feat would not reduce that damage, correct?
