DC/Marvel analogue team

We are having a 700 point tournament this weekend. My idea is to build a team which features pairs of Marvel/CD analogues.

For instance:

Green Arrow & Hawkeye (both archers with trick arrows)

Mockingbird and Black Canary (bird nicknames in relationship with archers)

Robin and Bucky (original kid sidekicks)

Vision & Red Tornado (androids who long to be human)

Any DC Super-speed hero & Quicksilver (super-fast guys)

Dr. Strange & Dr. Fate (sorcerers)

I need to think of some others and then make the actual team. I think there are more than enough analogues to get to 700 points. Any suggestions as to exact team composition or other DC/Marvel analogues?

Remember, my personal rule for this team is that if I use one analogue, I must also use the other. (Can't use Green Arrow without Hawkeye, for instance.)

Dr. Strange -- 149 pts. + protected (8 pts)
Dr. Fate-- 155 pts.

Bucky--30 pts.
Robin--35 pts.

Green Arrow--104 pts.
Hawkeye--57 pts.

Red Tornado--53 pts.
Vision--108 pts.

Total--699 pts.

I like that. In Twisted Toy Fair, Moon Knight is often referred to as "White Batman." I may try to fit them on the team.

I'd go with CM E Moon Knight, if you have him. Cheap, decent utility piece.

In terms of characters, sometimes I think Batman and Daredevil might be better matches.

When I first came up with the idea for this team, a friend of mine argued that Batman/Captain America could be an analogue as well.

Thought of that, but the only one I own is Hyperion.

What about doing something like the Marvel vs. DC event? So you could use a Superman/Hulk, Batman/Wolverine, etc etc. I never read it so I don't know if that is a stupid idea or not, but it's something maybe.

Thanks everyone for the good ideas. I may have to play a DC/Marvel team more than once, since only a fraction of the analogues will fit into my team this week.

I ended up going with the team I originally listed in post #2. There are so many other DC/Marvel analogues, I'll have to do this a couple more times before I go through all the possibilities.

The team did well. I only went 1 for 3, but the loses were all close ones.
