Too weak. As a certified New God fanboy, with Orion being my fave, I would like to point out Orion has fought Superman to a draw, is the son of Darkseid and has beaten Kalibak like a nail. He should be in the 250 point range, IMO.

What would you name his regeneration power?

Awww yes he should be around the 250 range. But if we all know anything about slade its that he is more about playablity and fitting on a team.

Not saying his dial is wrong or anything its just not Orions full power. Or thats what I would guess. I still think its a very well made dial all in all.

Yeah he could be stornger but I like my dials well, like you said, consider this a Experienced version. That being said I think he could be 200-210 max as a vet. I dont see the need for a 250 point one, I mean Darkseid is 210 and Kaliback is 140. Yeah he can hang with supes in fisticuffs but he does not have HSS or see thru stealth abilities.

Yes mother box would indeed be the regeneration power.

yes you also have a point. A fig can be more points than someone else that is much more powerful than they are. Just because they have more playable powers on their dial. ex HSS, is worth more than charge/RS, and PB/EW will be more than say EE or CCE.

This is pretty much perfect for Orion. The only tweak I'd make is swapping his Regen for an SP granting Regen and Toughness for maybe a flat 180 cost.

OK Slade I am trying to view this w/o my fan-shades on....hard...to...do....ARGH!

Whew, OK.

To make, IMO, a "perfect" Orion you can most definetly start with this dial.

The simple changes I would make, which will probably counterdict my early statement regarding points, are:

1. Bump his DaV +1 across the board.
2. As Rurouni KJS said, a DV SP that gives him Toughness and Regen on his last couple clicks.
3. Bump his DV +1 for the first two clicks. Or, Click 1 = 18 w/Inv and Click 2 is 17 w/Imp. (or is you go with #4 disregad this)
4. Drop the EE, give him SS on clicks 4-9 and a AV SP with ES/D on his flying clicks only (1-3). He lost his glider so no more ES/D.

With that said, how much would that bump his cost?

Oh and a Trait: Orion can't use the Carry ability. The glider is no mini-van after all. :)

Total: 218?

Unneeded. Slade's dial only gives him the Flight ability. The :m-wing: symbol grants both the Flight and Carry abilities.
