I'm pretty sure it does and I'm also pretty sure it's only 10%.

Do ATA feats count toward the 30% rule??

ATA's are no longer feats. they are now their own type of card. And therefore they do not count towards the feat cap, which is 10%, not 30%.

Also, the old ATAs which ARE feats are now banned, because they were replaced with the new ones which are not feats. The current ones can be found in the player's guide at the heroclix.com website.
