None.
You need to have 1 figure per every 100 points of build for a generic keyword (mutant, teen, scientist, etc.) and 150 points per figure for proper noun keywords (JLA, Green Lantern Corps, etc.).
So in other words if you were playing a 500 point game, you would need 5 figures to qualify and with that you'd recieve 2 probs because you get 1 prob for every 2 characters on your team).
With a Proper Noun keyword you'd need 4 figures on a 500 point team and recieve 2 probs as well. 1 for every 2 figures on your team.
You CAN have more probs by including more figures on your team (as long as they have the keyword).
Because World's Finest is just 1 figure in a 500 point game they do not qualify as a theme team.
BTW this should be in the rules forums ;)
None, for a team to qualify as "theme" you must have at least 1 figure per 100 points (5 figures in this case) if it is a generic key word or 1 figure per 150 points (4 in this case) if it is a non-generic keyword. The number of team abilities have nothing to do with qualifying as a theme team; it is only based on keywords.

0. Team abilities have nothing to do with theme team rerolls. Those are dependent upon keywords. For a generic keyword, you need 1 character with the keyword for every 100 points of the build total, and for non-generic keywords, you need 1 character with the keyword for every 150 points of the build total. (rounded up)
So, for a 500 point game, you would need either 5 characters with the same generic keyword, or 4 with the same non-generic keyword. A single character cannot qualify for a theme bonus unless the game is 150 points or less.

Well, none. Team abilities have nothing to do with the prob control rolls. You need either one figure per 100 points for a generic keyword like robot or spy; or one figure per 150 for a non generic keyword like JLA or Skrull. In a 500 point game, Worlds Finest can't possibly have enough other keyword figs to grant a prob roll.

Generic keywords are provided in a list on page 21 of the Blackest Night Rulebook. If a keyword does not appear in that list (like Guardians of the Galaxy) then it is non-generic.
How do you determine whats a generic keyword and a non generic?

determining the difference is easy.
Let's say you had a Skrull Warrior. On it's card it had 2 keywords
1) Skrulls
2) Warrior
The Skrulls keyword is very specific, as it connects this piece to the Skrulls themselves.
The Warrior keyword on the other hand, is a generic term. Yes, it is a warrior, but more specifically he is a SKRULL warrior.
if you use Mr fantastic for the same example it looks like this.....
Keywords
1) Fantastic Four = Specific keyword
2) Scientist = Generic keyword
generic means simply that, generic, or general. He is a scientist, but more specifically, he is a member of the Fan Four.
Hope this made sense. :)
generic seems to deal with basic skills/jobs like being a martial artist or reporter or doctor etc.
non generic ones deal mainly with the actual teams they are part of etc.
JLA, Xmen, etc.

If it is a Proper Noun then it's not generic.
Any actual TEAMS are non generic, along with I believe Atlantis and Skrulls.
generic keywords from the rule book are:
• animal
• armor
• brute
• celebrity
• cosmic
• deity
• detective
• future
• herald
• kid
• martial Artist
• monster
• mutant
• mystical
• past
• police
• politician
• psychic
• reporter
• robot
• ruler
• scientist
• soldier
• spy
• teen
• vehicle
• warrior

Correct. Since neither Atlantis nor Skrulls is in that list, neither one is generic.
since we are on the topic of keywords i have a point/question to make/ask.
when building a themed team, i've seen players try to 'combine' keywords for the convenience of making a team themed.
an example of this would be:
fig A has: scientist, doom guys, celebrity (i'm making these up for illustration purposes)
fig B has: doom guys, celebrity
fig C has: scientist, celebrity
fig D has: doom guys, scientist
now, because these all at some point share a keyword with another fig, you still can not make a full theme with them. Fig A connects with everyone with one key or another, but the rest of the crew is missing a word here or there. I've played against people that try to use this loop hole by connecting them based on one word or another.
so i ask them: "so, what exactly is your theme?" player responds: well they are "doom guys". "well not all of them have that keyword" i reply.
"yea, well he has scientist and she has celebrity and they connect somehow" is usually what i hear.
basically, this is a no go right? i mean the answer seems obvious enough to me, but some people may find this confusing.
if 100% of your theme is not consistent and based on one word, then there is no theme period, right?
additionally, if less than 100% of your team isn't themed, then you have 0% theme goin on. every single fig on your force must be part of the theme in order to get the goods.

Correct, the other player WOULD NOT get the theme team bonus because EVERY figure on your team has to have the SAME keyword on their card (or in the players guide for older figures).
EVERY figure has to have scientist to be a scientist keyword theme team.
Or teen, or Fantastic Four, etc.

BN, page 20:
Themed teams are forces of HeroClix characters in which all characters (excluding bystander tokens) share at least one common keyword among the keywords listed on their character cards. (Keywords are not case sensitive).
In your example, they do not all share a common keyword. There is no theme.

Because it's often suggested (for good reason) that people consult the Player's Guide I'll just mention that the keywords in general are not in the Player's Guide. (The Player's Guide lists corrections to keywords, but not all the keywords for the older characters.) For that, people need to consult the Keyword lists. There is both a restricted and unrestricted (kinda like Golden and Modern Age for newer players) version in the Units section on this site. The WizKids website does not have the keyword list.

Keywords do appear in the Wizkids' gallery, though, even for older extension.
