OK here we goooo!
The new Jonah Hex has this trait:
WANTED POSTER: At the beginning of the game, choose an opposing character. Jonah Hex modifies his attack value by +2 when attacking the chosen character.
#1-So, if he KO's the fig that he picks at the beginning of the game[or it gets KO'd by another fig]does Hex get to choose another figure?
#2-If he picks a fig and there are 2 of the same on your opponant's team, does he get to use his trait on both?

It says beginning of the game. So that is the time you would choose the figure.
It also says character and not figure. And all other powers that are worded similarly, as far as I recall, effect all figures with the same name. Including ones on your team (only matters with MC and Posession).

What other powers are you referring to? The only one that I know of that affects all characters with the same name is Extant's Multi-dimensional attack, and that is because it specifically says that it does.

If compared to the usual readings on 2000 AD and Ultimate X-Men, choosing a specific character means that specific figure, NOT all characters that share the same name. Sad but true.
What other powers are you referring to? The only one that I know of that affects all characters with the same name is Extant's Multi-dimensional attack, and that is because it specifically says that it does.
The only ones I can think of that are worded similarly are:
(Attack) Quarry: Before the beginning of the first turn , choose an opposing character; this character is Dawnstar's quarry. Modify by +1 the attack value of Dawnstar and all friendly characters when they are attacking the quarry.
and:
(Attack) Bounty Hunter: Before the beginning of the first turn of the game, choose an opposing character; Lobo modifies his attack value by +2 when attacking that character. When the character is KOd or eliminated, immediately choose a different opposing character to be the target of this ability.
But they (like 'Wanted Poster') only affect 1 character. 'Bounty Hunter' does however specify what happens if you do KO the figure in question.
To the OP: No and no, though I am sure you already got that :p
