How many critical misses/hits in a row?

So I was playing a game last night. Fortunately it was for fun, so there weren't any stakes.

For my first three attacks I rolled a critical failure for each one of them. I later rolled a 4th critical failure in the same game. My opponent also rolled one. No one got a critical hit, but I did roll a couple of 11's later in the game, too. I still lost, though. I just couldn't recover from losing two figures early on because of the 3 critical failures leaving them helpless.

How many critical failures/hits have you seen in a row? 3 in a row is the most for me. I've also seen 3 critical hits in a row against me in a tournament that I fortunately still won.

Last time I played I didn't roll higher than a three the whole friggin game. In fact, most of the rolls were a 1 and a 2. It was creepy. Luckily it wasn't tournament play.

my friend had a game locked up for the championship in a tourney when he rolled 4 crit misses and two 3's in the final part of the game, I think he wanted to cry but he just laughed histerically instead.

I've rolled 4 critical misses in a game, but not all in a row. Unfortunately, 3 of them were on pushes, so my figs took 2 clicks of damage! Sad thing was, my opponent did the EXACT same thing in that game!!!

Last tournament I was in, I rolled 1 less than what I needed to hit, 6 times in a row. My opponent couldn't help himself and busted out laughing. I had no choice but to join him. My rolls were pathetic.

Well how about this. I was playin my friend this past weekend and he rolled a critical hit. I was using a black cat so I made him reroll and guess what he got........ ANOTHER CRITICAL HIT!!!!!

Last night. My buddy had been rolling great all night and was kicking serious posterior. He had a black cat who was making my life miserable. I would hit Every attack, but miss on the inevitable "OK, Re-roll that" PC from BC. Until finally he hit a crit miss. I said "OK buddy, you're due" but he sneered at me and re-rolled.... ANOTHER Crit miss!!!! I lost the game, but that was a very sweet moment.

When my E batman was on his CCE clicks I had a Vet Robin, Exp Catwoman, and Vet Bane on his second to last click of life all based up with me. I rolled a Critical hit and KO robin in one hit. Then I rolled another critical hit without CCE because I wanted to use willpower(Against Catwoman). She stayed where she was due to a blue beetle being behind her. Then when I could attack again, I KO Catwoman with a regular attack and then willpower attacked bane the next turn and rolled my third critical hit in 4 rolls.

My fave was when playing someone with Scarlet Witch. He used it on my turn to make me re-roll a hit (don't remember what I needed) and tossed a critical. On his next turn, he used PC to re-roll one of his own misses and it turned into a critical. At least once more, he made me re-roll and my roll turned into a knockback for extra damage. He's never played PC again.

E White Queen Has Super Senses. Opponent attacks with V's Firelord and Bullseye. Hit, but Super Senses negates both. He then gets pissed, as she was surely dead. He then pushed them both next turn, and attacked her with two others (he was pissed off at Queenie). 4, count em, 4, hits, and 4, count em, 4 succesful Super Senses negating.

This one is just sick: In the clutch, all I had left was V Human Torch on his last click & 3 SHIELD Medics (this particular opponent wasn't big on taking out the support figs). By some evil act of Murphy's Law, I used support for all three Medics, and all three Crit Missed!

Finally, I have had fun with the opponent's prob control. I hit the other guy, he uses Scarlet Witch's prob control, and I roll again and Critical Hit. This happened twice total.

I once rolled an entire game of critical misses with my all-firelord team. My opponent didn't even have to attack. I made up for it when I rolled an entire game of critical hits with my all-constrictor team, though. ;)

My brother rolled four critical hits in a row against me, and for the last one he needed an 11 to hit.

this is no lie, exp white queen, 12 straight successful super senses rolls by me in a game against a 'clix judge i know, he asked to check my dice after the 5th attack i evaded, then i used his dice to roll the other 7, i have never rolled so well in my life using that power

The winner in my gaming circle has to be whoever is using E Batman -- if the figure wasn't gross enough, every time it looks as though he's going to take a heap of damage someone manages to roll a double 1. I've seen Kang critical miss, I've seen Ultron twice push and critical miss (these are very low needed to-hit rolls by the way). I've seen both Bane and Doomsday miss Batman in the same turn (one being a critical miss) followed by Batman scoring a critical hit on Doomsday for 5 (outwitted)damage. We like to joke about that series of events now, but it certainly wasn't very funny when it happened.

Personally I've had two critical hits with Boomerang in the same game, followed by a critical miss with Boomerang on the second last turn that almost flubbed everything.

A Scarlet witch, in one game I played in, made three hits turn into three Critical misses vs one opponent and I believe did it once more vs another in the same game.
