Exiles. you pick the team.

Im a fan of the exiles comics ( claremonts run was rough) i was wondering if you could pick a team of 7 marvel heros to put together from the whole multiverse who would your team be?(and no they don't have to exist in comics) id pick: Aoa blink and fellow founding member morph. then for the others dust, Nova form johnny storm, domino, a hank pym and the punisher (had a cool idea for a future what if with a punisher with caps shield leading an army of humans and heros).

Brute- Hank McCoy from the Mutant X dimension (big green version with gills.)

Dargo- The guy from the future timeline where he has Thor's hammer/powers.

Machine Man- from the Marvel Zombies dimension/storyarc

Scoundrel- A new version of Scott Summers. In his reality he was not pushed out of the plane as a child and was abducted along with his father. He grew up along with the Starjammers and became a space pirate like Corsair. Since he didn't fall and bust his head, he has full control of his optic blasts and doesn't need a visor. Plus he much more arrogant and social due to his growing up with the starjammers.

Mantis- Still the "Celestial Madonna", she nevers joins the Guardians. In her reality the Church of Universal Truth's leader dies. Mantis knows the evil the church can do and steps in to take over as head Matriarch. She uses the Church to spread peace and understanding.

like your teams! and coming up with your own versions of characters is cool. the punisher idea i had was he and a few heros rebelling against some great evil who takes over there world. ( kinda thought namor) and frank stepping up to lead his group when cap realizes that he isn't ruthless enough to win. cap gives him the shield because as a symbol the shield is ment to defend those who are hurt by the tyrant. before being pulled to join the exiles frank finds thor's hammer and reads 'If he be worthy...

I've actually given this some independent thought, to be honest. Though I only had five people on my team.

Agent Taskmaster - Rather than training US Agent to replace Captain America, Taskmaster is hired to replace Cap himself, which leads to him reforming (mostly - he's a hero, but he's kind of a jerk about it) and occasional membership with the Avengers.

Patsy Walker: Deadpool - In a universe where fashion is everything, Supermodel Patsy Walker allows herself to be a test subject for a new line of cosmetic products in the hopes it will give her the edge she needs, but instead it messes with her body and mind in unexpected ways.

Sorcerer Supreme Nightcrawler - Dr. Doom finds a way to tap into the powers of the Sorcerer Supereme in hopes of destroying all those who could stand in between him and the power itself, forcing Nightcrawler to take on the responsibility himself to keep it out of Dooms hands when no one more capable is left. He eventually banishes himself from his home dimension and takes the power with him to keep the world safe from a Dr. Doom of unimaginable power. Despite this, he finds himself asking forgiveness every time he uses his powers due to the conflict he has between his powers and his religion.

Iron Woman - While Tony Stark still runs Stark Industries, it is Pepper Potts who is the brains behind his companies latest and greatest developments, leading to her becoming the golden avenger instead of Stark.

Groot - It's not the Groot we know, but exactly what Groot he is is hard to tell since he still doesn't say a whole lot that many people can understand.

I always thought Exiles should have a mostly X-men themed team. and as cool as an exiles team is I'd rather do a Weapon X team. so here's my team:

The Captain - From the Mutant X universe. Has energy based Powers that get stronger when America is threaten. grabbed before the The Beyonder killed him. He's the leader but no one besides Goliath fully trust him.


Hawkeye - Warren Kenneth Worthington III from a world where Mutants hunt humans for sport. Gaining the nick name Hawkeye because of his shooting prowess Warren uses arrows because killing with guns is to easy. Grabbed before he was going to get slaughter by a group of escaped humans. He's the loose cannon. Arrogant and brash he's only in it for the chance to kill

Red Witch - Madelyne Pryor, The clone of the deceased Jean Grey,from a world where Wanda Maximoff went crazy and wished human away. using magic and here latent mutant powers she over came Wanda and banished her. She was grabbed just before being killed by demons. She's the heart of the group but must fight her dark side when times get tough.

Quicksilver - Pietro Maximoff From a world where his father is King of America. Lost his arms in the Human/mutant wars. Where replaced with new cyberntic arms made by Forge. His new arms grant him enhanced strength, fire bolts of energy and allows him to access computers. Grabbed before was killed by Polaris. Kind and noble Pietro would rather be swooing ladies then fighting.

Goliath - Henry McCoy from a world where the Avengers are heroes for hire. Winning a bet against hank Pym Henry was doused in "Pym Partials" that allow him to grow or shrink. Grabbed before being killed by King Doom. This is classic Avengers beast. he's fun loving and adventurous. the brains of the group.

Black Widow - Selene Gallio from a world where mutants where still an unknown faction. Selene would marry rich men and murder them. this gained her the nickname Black Widow. She was grabbed before jean Grey killed here as the phoenix. A Flirtatious vixen she'll do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Black Knight[/B] - Shinobi Shaw from a world where the Hell fire Club gained control of the Phoenix force. Shinobi is his fathers most trusted guard. Grabbed before being killed by his world's Black Queen. Cold and Aloof Shinobi hates following orders from someone he doesn't respect...that someone being the Captain.

Bonus character:

Wasp - Janet van McCoy from a world where the Avengers are heroes for hire. Goliath's wife who happened to be hiding in his fur when he was grabbed. She a mutant much like her Ultimate counterpart. Janet Loves her husband but hate the dark team he's been forced to work with. really hates Black widow

This makes me sad because they need to finish giving us Exiles that were in the book.

my punisher idea in clix form i think it would be cool to have a character with defend/energy shield deflection and range combat expert. then later on running shot and leadership. glad to see your ideas! thanks.
