1) When you give a figure an ATA Feat Card, it replaces the TA they already have correct? Now I am guessing yes, it pretty much always has been that way. However, the reason why I ask is, when I read the new ATA Feat Cards, they don't say they replace the original TA of a figure. Now I am guessing that it is understand because of what past ATA's say on the card. However, I just want to be sure...:)
2) If a figure attacks someone with Mastermind and gets doubles on the roll, and you Mastermind it to someone else, that figures still take knock back as well, correct?
3) Now with theme team, you get to cancel a BFC, add to your starting roll (to see who goes first), and you a use of PC. My question is:
a) Your team gets a use of PC once for every certain amount of figures, what is that number of characters you need for each use of PC (and I know it differs between generic and Proper name keywords), just can't remember.
b) How much is added to your initial roll, is it for how many figures on the theme team?

ATAs are now in addition to any printed team abilities a figure might have.

Yes, knockback still applies to the figure that is dealt damage. Keep in mind that knock back is always away from the attacker.

One use of PC for every two figures. Doesn't matter if the keyword is generic or not by the way.
b) How much is added to your initial roll, is it for how many figures on the theme team?
+1 per figure on the team.

1 No you now get both TA's its why all ATA's are getting points costs.
2 Only the figure thats takes the damage is knocked back. He took the hit, and all the effects associated with it.
3 A. You get probs equal to half the figs on the team, SO 7 figs, 3 probs (Round down of course.) You need a minimum number of character on the team to get the probs. If generic theme at least 1 fig for every 100 points and if non-generic then 1 fig for every 150 points of the game.
B. Yes the roll is how many figs are on the team. 7 figs, add 7 to the roll.
Think that was everything, orange will show up though and make my post useless... Hehe :>
EDIT: Knew it. :>

I will just step in for a minute and add two things :
ATA are no longer feats at all. They work in a very similar way, that's true, but they are now black bordered and don't count in the 10% max limitation on feats
You porbably know that already but the difference between generic keywords and non-generic keywords lies in the number of characters you are going to need on your force to get the theme team bonus at all (1 for each 100 pts with generic, one for each 150 pts for non-generic)
1) This is a bit of a head-scratcher at first to me too and I've got the Errata in front of me!! But then I re-read it and understand. It says that "ATA's must be used and costed for all qualified members on the force", which basically means that every character on your force that 'can' use that ATA, must have points put aside for it in your team build. Then, since that character has a Team Ability and an Alternate Team Ability, both at the same time, they can pick which one they want to use at any point in time.
But you can't declare a use of both an TA and an ATA in the same turn, unless you get one of them from being a Wildcarder.

What makes you say that?
A Guardian of the Galaxy, for example, could be Outwit-proof AND still share Defense Values with his friends all at the same time.

+1 per figure on the team.
Just wanted to mention that you do not include bystanders when determining your bonus to the roll to determine who will be the first player.
From p. 20 of the Blackest Night Rulebook:
Themed teams receive the following benefits:
• A bonus to the roll to determine who will be the first player equal to the number of characters (excluding bystander tokens) on the force.
