I am not sure what to think about this:

It is my turn and I have two characters with mind control, I use prof. X to mind control cyclops and have cyk hit jean grey. this does four damage to grey. X is done, now I have controler, mind control cyk again and finish grey off.

1) can I do this since I already used cyk, with X's mind cotrol.
2) If I can use cyk twice in one turn will he then take a push for being mind controled twice.
3) would the push tokens come off after my turn or my opponents turn.

1) Yes, assuming he began the turn with no action tokens, Cyclops may be MCed twice in a single turn.

2) He will take a push for having had two action tokens assigned, yes.

3) If you have MCed my figure and I do nothing with him on my turn, then the tokens will be removed at the end of that turn. When he has 2 tokens I can't do anything with him and so both tokens will be removed at the end of my next turn.

Certainly can! Another good tactic is MC him first, then Incapacitate him next.
