Outwit question

Hey everyone I'm new to the game and had a few questions. If one of my powers gets outwitted and then takes damage but still has that power, is it still outwitted or can my guy use it again. If so if one of my powers is outwitted and then I push and still have that power can I use it then?

The power remains countered in both cases.

yeah. It's only perplex that gets countered if damage is dealt to the character. That one use of outwit lasts until the beginning of your next turn.

Otherwise you could end up outwitting everyone on the board, one at a time, with a single character.

If I outwit one of your characters powers or abilities it is going to remain outwitted until my character loses outwit.
It doesn't matter whether at any point the power is no longer showing on the dial and then reappears.

If, for example, I outwit charge on Wolverine and then hit him for a couple of damage, knocking him off of his charge clicks, if you heal him back up on your turn and charge reappears, it is still countered.
