Supes TA vs Bat TA

i need some clarification, i've been gettin mixed ideas recently based on a few post.

but let's say a character with a batman TA is occupying a hindering terrain, can someone with Supes ability attack?
or lets say the bat character is not even occupying hindering terrain, but the line of fire passes hindering terrain, can the Supes TA attack?

Thats basically how it works. You ignore hindering terrain on line of fire with a superman TA. This ignores both stealth AND the hindering +1 bonus to defense.
