Can anybody give me a list of promo's & mail-in offered figures only (all sets)?

Hi - I got a bit of a late start in this game & now I'm trying to figure out how many of these exist. NOT interested in the tourney-offered LE's, only those that were offered promotionally & as mail-in offers, most likely prior to the release of the set. Here are those I know of:

IC:
Spider-Man promo
Wolverine (Toyfare offer)

HT:
Batman promo
Superman (Inquest offer)

CT:
???

XP:
???

Indy Clix:
Judge Dredd promo
that other guy promo (Johnny something?)

CJ:
Green Lantern (Inquest offer? Toyfare offer? Wizard offer? anybody know what mag/issue #/release date?)

I have a feeling I'm missing some here but it beats me what it is!

DC's next expansion:
Green Lantern's been listed by InQuest as their next promo, but i've yet to find the order form. is it out yet?

I think next week's InQuest might be the one with the Green Lantern LE offer, if that's the case it will probably also be offered in the next Wizard and Toyfair after that as well.

Spiderman (diagonaly divided first square on first click, points different.)
Wolverine in Black suit (ToyFare) promo (version of 75 with different paint job.)
Daredevil promo (only difference is the packaging, don't open it !)
Hulk promo (only difference is the packaging, don't open it !)
Berserker Wolverine (InQuest) promo (brown paint job, good stats nice powers, different points cost...)

HT:
Batman (diagonaly divided first square on first click, powers varied, different points cost) Note that there were 2 different promos with Batman carded differently, but the figures are identical.)
Superman (OWAW InQuest promo, different paint job, better powers, higher cost...)

Indy:

Judge Dredd (says promo on base - figure felt to be slightly underpowered)
Johnny Alpha (exellent tourny piece, 44pts, says promo on base.)

DC's next expansion:
Green Lantern (as yet unseen)

It will be Inquest #97 which I believe someone posted here before that it would then be in the stores in April.

Thanks all. Hey Tsannik - I've seen pics of the Ant-Man & Yellowjacket LE's & I was wondering: If these can't be won at tourneys & weren't promos, how were they offered to the cliking public? Magazine promo? Just curious.

Antman and Yellow jacket were available during last years' Convention parade.

Of course, this year it's the Indy Promos. I'm not sure what else is available.

But that's where you could get them.

Now you'll probably have to find a pretty good deal to find these two.
