WHAT, exactly, is the point of this thread?

I have to admit, that was one of the most stunningly nonsensical posts I've ever seen. It's almost admirable, despite what azs might think.

He must think he's the best player in Rhode Island I guess....

I dont interperet gibberish too well though, so dont stake everything on that translation....

Well, considering the size of RI, you should be glad there are five players, period. Move to a real state, goof-ball, then we'll talk about your gaming superiority. Moron!

Hey,
I'll tell you where the challenge is. The challenge is that I played against you (and your Ultron) last night at Galaxy Games and beat you. I'd better be one of the "5 good players" in the state that you're talking about.

I seem to recall winning the last tournament in Rhode Island that I played in. Obviously you weren't there. Surely I would have gone down in flames. :D

Alright, I dont know who lives where in this tiny state of RI, but to say that we pose no challenge, go fly a kite (to be kind due to our younger readers here)! I like playing, I win, I lose. Its a friggin game man! "Boo Hoo I think I am the best, Waa I am going to complain." Grow up.

I think he is refering to the other type or "Player"

You know, he is a "Play-a"

Oh I see so he is a play-a hat-a?

why are you guys all picking on this guy? he's the best player ever, anywhere! he's so good that william shatner hosted a party for him at one of his hunky bachelor pads. tom jones came. liberache's ghost was there (or so i'm told...i'm not a good enough player to be invited). he was actually so good that he was on espn this last weekend, playing competatively versus himself (no one else would take up his challenge...).

wow.

I wish I could tell you, Maverick but I got screwed over by my family not telling me they needed me to be home so a) I could watch some carpenters install a cellar door and b) I had to drive my brother to a car dealership to complete paperwork on a used Jeep Cherokee that he bought. I was to drive him there so he could drive the Jeep back home but instead he left it there until today. The challenge to this guy is STILL on the table. I went to Philly. I played against some good players on the East Coast (my 2nd round opponent who left HC for MechWarrior but decided to play in the National Championships doesn't count) so I would have more of a claim to superiority in RI than he does. Unlike him though, I also play in HC @ the Compleat Strat in Boston & I'm one of the better players there in a very strong environment.

omrac77, you better show up at this event!

New England has always been a hotbed for gaming with several RPGs, LARPs, CCGs, board games and now CMGs enjoying success and a faithful following in this area of the country. On SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 13TH, the HeroClix faithful will gather at TJ COLLECTIBLES in MILFORD, MA for the MUTANT MAYHEM PRERELEASE!

Come down for a day of playing and trading with the NEWEST Marvel HeroClix set before it hits stores in the area. TJ COLLECTIBLES is the host for several state and regional gaming events. The TJ COLLECTIBLES staff has extensive experience in running large events of this caliber. Robb Webb (aka Diazim), the Level 4 Envoy for Massachusetts, Maine, and New Hampshire will be head judge for the event. With Robb at the helm, you know the prerelease will be run in a professional and fair manner. Our goal is to make sure that every player has fun while playing and socializing with people from all over the New England area.

Have you ever wondered which state has the best HeroClix players? Do you think that RI is better than CT or MA? Do you think that NH is better than VT or ME? Then enter the New England Venue Challenge that will be run simultaneously with the prerelease tournament. Each venue that has at least 4 players will be entered as a team. The venue team that wins the New England Venue Challenge will be rewarded with the rights to host a special WK-sanctioned event offered ONLY at their Venue so please bring your fellow players to compete and help decide which Venue has THE Best HeroClix players in New England!

It was also an invite for any other players in New England. Figured I'd post where I saw some NE players had gathered previously.

1) I wonder how much better us Canadians are
than you Americans?
;)

Come up to the Pre-Release in Edmonton
on November 13 to find out.

If your Crew of 4 gets the highest rank,
maybe you'll get a tournament.

2) I heard that 2nd Prize was 5 LEs.
And 3rd to 8th got 2 LEs.

I'll certainly be playing in the Milford pre-release! I'm looking forward to playing some New England players outside my typical Venues. See you there

Robb didn't want to post exact info on the LE's in case something gets changed or goes wrong in the delivery. That's all.
