What do I have to do, GS?
Just build a team of your choice that is about as close to 182 as you can manage. Try not to build anything to killer, as this is intended as a training session to rack up some extra points, not as a major challenge. It is a good opportunity to play a "fun" theme that wouldn't do well in a real tournament; like the Frightful Four, or Femizons, or Strike Force Kobra or something like that.
Oh, and then roll initiative.

Nah i thought this map looked more like a forest or jungle... plus I'm sure I'll have lots of opportunities to play on the Metropolis map in the future, with these characters.

I clear. And I think it's a free action for Congo Bill to transform.
The joke about the monkey poo was just something that happened during issue #3. There was a breakout at STAR Labs animal testing area and Suupergirl was trying to contain them. One of the monkeys tossed an object at her, which was narrated to be gorilla dung. Cir was very, very grossed out.

Sorry, I just realized that I had forgotten to make Entangle rolls for my previous (missed) attack on Igor... oh well, I guess the only thing it could have done was save me from pushing damage.

I think you might be getting Gotham Undercover confused with Gotham City Detective? You didn't roll for Vic's shape change, and my defense is much lower than 17.

Do you do this after each story? Like are Hawkman, Jesse and Green Lantern going to do this to use their IXP to get upgrades to say the R Origins version for Carter?

You are supposed to post what XP you earned after each match, and generally it is a good idea to display where your characters totals are at as well.
However, you can only use the XP to upgrade dials and recruit characters at the end of an arc (3 issues) or an annual.
