Wondering if anyone here is gluing their flyers to the base so they stop falling off. I'm thinking about it, but wanted to hear pro and con on the gluing the flyers down.
If you ever plan on selling them, don't.
Otherwise, do, but be aware that certain glues will "frost" the transparant plastic, and others will melt your clix figures.
Any of the modders want to recomend whats safe ?
(My abillities are still geared to converting metal cast figures...!)

yeah i glued the ones that were causing me trouble like Vision, Magneto, Wasp.
When you sell the figs that you glued you might get a couple dollars less than what you would have gotten if it wasn't glued.
If it'll save you some stress then go ahead and glue the figs that are causing you trouble during a game. But make sure you don't put too much glue as the glue can spill over and drip down the "flight pole" (or whatever it's called) and turn white. Just a little tiny bit is enough to hold the figure on. keep it clean and neat.

Use poster putty (like Blu-Tak) to hold the model to its flight base. You can remove the putty at any time without damaging the model.
I just use simple old Krazy glue to attach fliers and fix figures, and it hasn't caused any harm to any of my figures. The only thing you should be cautious about when doing this to fliers is to be careful and not let any glue run down the flight stand. I wasn't careful when I did my first one, and I found out later while playing that the little peg that you lift up or down was glued down and couldn't be lifted up. That's only a minor problem though and I haven't done it since.

Would Rubber cement be practical? It's stronger than that poster stuff but it would peel right off. Any thoughts?
You do have to worry about the glueing the flying slide on accident.
You also have to consider storage. Some figures become very hard to fit inside certain storage systems.
Make sure you take the time to get the figure in the position you like or else you will have a permenent sideways leaning guy.

My sentinel snapped off his base (stupid one foot)
I used some Elmers Glue and it worked (after a couple hours of drying)
