So, does anyone have an extremely successful, yet resonable
teams out there that wants to show it off?
I would like to see a few successful spider man teams.
Had success with SEVERAL teams, just want ones with spidey?

Don't ask why, but I've had tremendous success with the Brotherhood lastly in 400 mixed 3on3 games.
I came in first with this Team:
Magneto V
Sabertooth V
Blob V
Pyro V
Mortimer Toynbee U
Scarlet Witch V
Quicksilver V
Avalanche E
I just wanted to play the Brotherhood without Juggs.
Try this Spidey team in a 400 pt setting
Spiderman V
Sandman V
Rita DeMara U
Black Cat E
Daredevil V
Invisible Girl R
SHEILD Medic V

I'd like to see some 300pt Spidey teams that are successful.

How about this?
Spiderman U 116
Dr. Strange E 71
Boomerang E 34
Black Cat E 32 (I think)
Avalanche V 32
Sheild Medic E 15
300 Points to the tee
Spidey is the core of this team. His 18 defence and Defend are the core of this unit. Don't let anyone Outwit his Defend and it should give you opponents some serious trouble. The ovbious flaw of a team like this is that it does become a flying brick. Everyone must stick together. A well placed energy explosion can really ruin this teams day. Just keep spidey covered and let your special team abilities do most of the work. Syndicate, Defenders, brotherhood, and Shield. All are going to be used here.

I made a team that a lot of u might call cheesy but I think its alright:
Yellow jacket V
Hawk E
Hercules E
vulture R
Harley Quinn R
Riddler E
Black Panther E
AIM medic V
I can fly hawk and Herules around with yellow jacket and vulture,
perplex their damage with Riddler and Harly, Black Panther, and Aim medic is there to use support. I know its not unique but at least it isn't a bunch of firelords. I was thinking of making yellow jacket exp. and vulture exp. to even the team share of power.

My most successful team is an Avengers team. It consists of
She-Hulk V
Wasp U
Hawkeye V
Quicksilver V
Black Panther R
AIM Medic V
The core of the team is She-Hulk and Wasp. The key is to get She-Hulk to tangle with the opponents big hitter asap. Quicksilver is there to tie up any potent range units long enough for She-Hulk to get there. Hawkeye makes a good(if slightly expensive) harasser. Black Panther's stealthy outwit is always handy, and the Medic is there for Support.

This team won me the last tourni
V=Logan 60pts
V=Bullseye 43pts
U=Moondragon 71pts
V=Aim Medic 17pts
V=Doombot 38pts
R=Vulture 15pts
R=Black Panther 27pts
R=Scarlet Witch 29pts
300pts
Its mostly defensive you kinda stand back and strike hard i usually carry logan into hindering t. put moondragon, Bullseye, doombot, and medic on top of building i change it up a little if they have someone with ee and get scarlet so she can see everyone and get panther in hindering as well. It works really well. It has mc,good range,b/c/f,Medic,outwit,pc, it has it all it worked for me really well i only like 4 figures the whole tourni.
My present Uber team is (for Marvel only) :-
Firelord (E) 81
Invisible Girl (R) 37
Wasp (Unique) 44
Black Cat (Vet) 36
Black Panther (Exp) 36
Sheild Medic (Vet) 16
Doombot (Vet) 38
Sheild Sniper (Rook) 12
300 points.
With Doombot copying Avengers, you can move the three Fliers as a Unit with Invisible Girl and the Medic, and Panther. Position Invisible Girl so she's not an easy target, and everyone is very hard to hit...this is necesary, as you will have to survive one round of enemy fire to unlimber Firelord, and there will possibly be a CCE in BtB by then....
Black Cat is chosen rather than the Vet Scarlet Witch as she is 4 points cheaper and survives slightly better. Also the 2 damage she does is better in the end game. The trade off is that you lose a piece with Avengers Team ability, but in a low point game, this is not so crucial...
Black Cat moves up to do probability, and to mix it in the end game. The sniper is right at the back, and even so she will probably only get to shoot once or twice at best. Idealy, I would downgrade the Doombot, lose the sniper, and buy a cheap Perplexer. Role on Xplosion !
All the Best

anyone have a successful dr. doom team they wanna show off?????
some of you non-mixers might not like this one, but it's fun to play... this is mostly batman/spidey mix and is for a 600 or 700 pt. game.
v- promo batman (i'm into the fun, not the collection)
v- nightwing
r- batman
r- robin
v- promo spidey (sadly, he's my only spidey)
v- sandman
u- nightcrawler
from there just toss in a couple of cheap taxis, mandroid armors, and a medic or two and you have yourself a pretty nice team. they all ('cept for nightcrawler) will have free stealth via the team ability. if you use your mandroids and taxis to get the others into play and onto hindering terrain, you can do some fast damage while the other team tries to base you. i like to use incapicate a lot with this team. keeps the others at bay while you waste them. i've played this team a few times and have yet to lose. without the taxis and mandroids it still takes some time to get in position, but patience will win in the end... and with robin's smoke cloud you have plenty of places to take up camp.
anyway -- that's my fave team.
My last tournament team that I won with was this-
Firelord vet (yes I feel guilty about it too but it was my first tournament)
Moondragon (utility taxi, mind control. Another bargain)
Logan vet (chainsaw on legs, would usually push moondragon to taxi him straight into combat. Drop him next to their biggest hitter and let him rip)
Scarlet Witch rookie(probability control. I have terrible luck with my dice rolls, I need the rerolls. Also makes Firelord even more impossible to hit.)
Doombot vet (uses brotherhood ability to taxi Firelord for free.)
Doombot taxis firelord to firing spot. Witch moves to keep flameboy in sight. Firelord frys someone for 5 clix. Moondragon and Logan attack.
This team won me a wilson fisk Le so I want to try a whole sinister syndicate team next.

Its a little unconventional, but here goes.
E Vulture 20
E Controller 50
V Pyro 42
V Wasp 37
V Hulk 147
297/300
Wasp or Vulture taxies Controller into MC Range, let him do his thing, pushing if need be, he only gets stronger.
The remaining flier taxies Pyro to use his EE, RCE, or Barrier to help out.
Hulk Rampages about till he picks up superstrength, grabs an object, then hails a taxi before he gets to battle fury.
Flier takes Hulk right into the mix to tear it up.
Not perfect, But really fun if youre a Hulk Fan.

Well not totally shield:
400pts:
Black Panther R
Magneto V
Firelord E
Nick Fury U
Shield Medic R
3 x Sheild Agent R
shield trooper r
shield trooper e
shield trooper v
shield sniper r
shield sniper v
shield sniper e
should be 400 on the button.
I built this team to take out Mr Fixit in one go then finish off the rest of my mates team, its a dodgy strategy, if you miss you have no more turns but:
Roll for leadership, if you get it you have five moves.
Outwit defense with Black Panther (i know, not very original)
and then attack with magneto vet while assisted with 4 adjacent sheild agents, assuming a hit, and outwitted defense powers, you can do 8 damage, enough to take out most (all?) characters with one go. BUT if you miss, its the end of your turn and could be painful, but i like the team, same support of sheild agents for firelord (e) and also for the shield sniper (v) this can do some serious ranged attack damage.
