The only thing I could see holding Solo back is his low movement. But since you use Phasing/Teleport for the SP, not as much of a hindrance. Better than I was expecting from another ol' 90s Spidey character!

Score: 55%. Ugh, another 90s character? I bet if they left this guy out we could have gotten more cool 60s characters like Mr. Fear or The Enforcers or Man Mountain Marko. :)
I like Solo's attacks, but a 16D is just a big "Shoot Me" sign at my venue. I think this figure is overcosted by about 20 points. No defense, short life, few keywords, no TA, no way!

With a perplex or 2 on his damage he could be an absolute terror on the X mansion map.

You guys know you cant use his EE or PB with his SP right? because its an attack, not an action.
Yes, he can't use his special abilities, but he has a better ability than running shot, because he can breakaway automatically. Plus, he can shoot based figures and through opposing figures also.
With all that said, he's still not the greatest for the price, but he's not useless either.

I've used him a couple of times now to great effect. Plus I can't help but yell, 'WHILE SOLO LIVES' before using his special ability. In low-point games he's not so amazing but in 400pt + where you can use him as a secondary attacker he really really shines. The low opening defense does paint a target but with that 8 range duel-target sharpshooter action you should at least get your points out of him. I am a bit biased as my dice seem to be golden when using him as well (I have yet to miss).

Next time you sculpt a character with a GIANT BLOODY SWORD ON HIS BACK, give him some B/C/F. Thank you.

100% agree with MegaLotusMan. He even has Six Pack keyword and a 'Bodyslide'-esque power. Totally making a sculpt swap. Rated comic accuracy lower only because this should really be Cable.

Not sure why he's rated so low, must be because they haven't played him yet. His power is almost game breaking. Team him up w/ Hammer agents or SHEILD Pawns to give him some cover and some extra punch and he's very effective.

I just pulled him from a web booster today and his click is completely off of what it should be, what should i do?

No, because the power action is what allows you to phase and attack after you do it, sort of like Charge, Running Shot, or Hypersonic. Phase/Teleport might be a move action now, but there's no reason why it couldn't be a component of a power action like it is here. I'd argue it's even more appropriate in this case because he doesn't actually *have* Phase/Teleport, but giving him the power action allows him to use it.
