Can WoS Nightcrawler teleport Galactus?

Seriously, can he teleport whatever he wants?

(Speed) Teleportation Evacuation: Nightcrawler can use Hypersonic Speed, Stealth and the Carry Ability. When Nightcrawler uses Hypersonic Speed, a target hit by a close combat attack may be placed adjacent to Nightcrawler after the power action resolves.

It doesn't say anything about "can't do double bases, giants, etc." So can he move whatever figure he wants to?

Yup, slap Maneuver on Aunt May, have her grab that big purple helmeted colossus and toss him over so the Drag queenTriplicate Girl can yank him further across the board.
