petty solid take, I would suggest doing away with the defense power and just giving him plain old rgen. (he could always still use the feat). No keywords? Im thinking he would still be 310 -317 points though

This (assuming you go ahead with Slade's recommendation) is pretty much what Silver Surfer should look like. After all, Galactus is 1800 points of cosmic power, and a man infused with the same cosmic power should at least have something to show for it, and you've made a Silver Surfer who really shows what Power Cosmic is er... made of.

I'd say more than that. He's better than Cosmic Spidey. Similar numbers, more clicks of life (by a lot). His Trait is the same (with HSS it's a 6~5 in favor of the Surfer). He can HSS and use Pulse Wave or Psychic Blast on clicks 5~6, through terrain, or just Running Shot to do it on the previous 3 clicks. More HSS than Spidey.

Yeah, he's more than 300 points, probably 330~340. (Maybe more ------> I think this guy would eat Thor and Loki for breakfast)

Yeah I'm sure he'd be more pts, but I'm not in favor of 300+ pt regular figs. This Surfer and another Superman I made before I've been trying to make a ~300 pt fig that is a one-man army and can actually hang with well-balanced teams of figs stronger than their point cost.

ok adjusted points and added keywords. I also had to fix how the attack special power was worded because it was not intended to give 6 or 7 damage psychic blast by using RCE, it was intended only for use normally or with move and attack powers.

I like it, Id give him sharpshooter ability and raise his speed numbers some. My opinion the guy should have the highest movement of any character in clix.

I'm absolutely with you on the speed issue, but really it was just trying to balance it since he was getting max range. I don't know about 14-15 move HSS with 12 range. Sharpshooter would make sense, but then there'd be 4 or 5 damage RCE against enemies basing you and his trait gives him effective super sharpshooter (minus ranged attacks against adjacent).
