Strikeforce

Hey fellow clickies (its gonna replace trekkies someday ;) ), I have put together three pure X-Men teams of 500 points a piece. Each team is lead by a different member of the X-Men with leadership (as there are three  ).
X-Men 1 (http://www.hcrealms.com/cgi-bin/quickviewteam.cgi?teamname=XMen&username=Strikeforce&action=graphic )
X-Men 2 (http://www.hcrealms.com/cgi-bin/quickviewteam.cgi?teamname=XMen2&username=Strikeforce&action=graphic )
X-Men 3 (http://www.hcrealms.com/cgi-bin/quickviewteam.cgi?teamname=XMen3&username=Strikeforce&action=graphic)
I used the second X-Men team in the last tournament and went undefeated, except in the final round where i lost by a Rogue (88 points :( ).
This team even faced a team combination of a Vet Firelord, Exp Ultron, Vet Magneto, and Vet Hercules. We were playing the indoor map 1 and i moved Rogue up carrying Wolverine into one of the side rooms for cover.
I TK'd Nightcrawler 10 squares, had him run another 14 to touch my opponents side of the map which made base to base with his experienced medic and whack for 2 points, no bringing Firelord back to life now.
Low and behold the Vet Mag on the other team TK's the Vet Hercules into the room base to base with Rogue and he clobbered her. She hit back for a few clicks and then Wolverine charged doing 6 damage with knockback. This sent Herc flying out of the room into my starting area where a rested Cyclops and Magneto were "waiting" for him, lol. Poor, poor herc, he went down hard.
Then the very next round, my opponent flew his Ultron into the room with my slightly injured Rogue and Wolvie, but he was carrying the Vet Firelord... who unloaded into Wolverine for 5 clicks. I was thinking game over at that point...
Then Rogue nailed Firelord for 3 clicks on a push, dropping his defense to a lowly 13, and the severly injured Wolverine was licking his lips with a low attack value of 7. Whack, on yet another push, 6 clicks and knockback... hey that was right were Herc landed.
Then Rahne Sinclair was tossed at Ultron, via TK from Jean Grey. And Whack, another 6 damage from B/C/F. It was just clean up time after that.
This team is very deadly if played right, and of course good rolls are made. But it has very good elements to team building:
1) 2 Fliers for fast movement of many figs.
2) 2 TK figs to get figs base to base with out wasting their action.
3) 2 Figs with charge to allow an aggressive move and attack style.
4) 1 Fig with Running shot for aggressive move and shooting style.
6) 1 Fig with Hypersonice speed for the move and attack style, or massive stand still and beat some one down style (i did 7 damage to an injured Vet Magneto with this power!!!:D )
5) 1 Fig with support incase anyone needs lots of healing, otherwise i found the X-Men team ability to be all the healing i needed.
6) 2 Figs that gain clicks back, via Regeneration or Steal Energy.
7) 2 Figs with decent ranged attacks.
8) 2 Figs with the every so deadly B/C/F ability.
So what do you think of my X-Men teams? I am drooling at all the possibilities when the horde of X-Men from the next set come out, just think of the possibilities.
I am working on some 500 point Brotherhood teams and I might post them later after I try them out.
