Hi Friends !

Let me ask one question about X-ray from Web of SpiderMan, is about the trait: INTANGIBLE ENERGY FORM.
It said INTANGIBLE ENERGY FORM: Ignore all but 1 damage dealt to X-Ray by close combat attacks.

This trait make the X-Ray immune of Ranged Combat Attacks ? He only take damage from close combat, or the trait is only about Close Combat Attacks ?

Tks in advance for all help !

this was already answered, but just to recap. yes he can still be whupped at range. and up close, he will ignore all damage dealt, but 1. so if you do 6 up close, he takes 1, ignores 5. at range, he takes it all.

The trait has nothing to do with ranged attacks.

No range combat attack should do full damage.
Just the close combat attacks are reduced to 1 .

at least that is how I read it.

Be careful saying "reduced" to 1. Reduced implies that it is similar to Toughness, etc. and that penetrating damage would get by the trait. Rather the trait says it ignores which means it doesn't care if the damage is penetrating damage or not.

It's entirely possible that he had many, many other posts that were all deleted by forum staff. Or he only posts in Another Realm.

A more likely alternative is that he signed up to access the Units section and just lurks on the main forums.
