OK, Logan is standing on a rooftop. My opponent destroys the square he's on - creating rubble. Does this change the elevation that Logan is on?

Sorry... but you can't destroy buildings AT ALL!
The only things that can be destroyed on outdoor terrain is the little A/C units on the rooftops.... other than that, everything's "indestructible" like the trucks, bushes and so forth.

Though you can destroy walls on the indoor maps....
