I've also heard there's a promo offer in a different magazine, but not sure which one.

It's going to be a Green Lantern, and although they didn't say who, the picture they had with the ad was Hal Jordan. But since this was an ad for an ad we won't know for sure until it comes out. If everything is the same as the last two, the offer will be in Wizard, Inquest and Toyfare and all three will be for the same figure.
