I know that objects are retired with their sets but can you use special objects for legal sets in a sealed game? I'm pretty sure you can't but thought maybe with Blackest Night, that might have changed. Thanks. Just seeing if my lanterns might see some sealed game play. :nervous:

up to the venue, but seriously, I am pretty sure it is only standard objects are allowed.

This.

You don't pull objects in sealed, so just bring two Heavy and 1 Light object tokens. That's the best combo you get in standard.

Because special objects are now considered part of your team build, it should be a no, no matter where you play.

From the Comprehensive Tournament Rules, section 4.4.1:

Objects: Standard Objects may be included in a player’s force (even if not available in the opened boosters). Special Objects that are pulled from a booster as part of a Limited event are legal to be added to one’s force. The force’s object composition must still adhere to the normal rules for object types the player must have.

It might be good idea to bring a second light object too, in case you pull someone like Bullseye but no one with normal Super Strength.
