Help me complete my team - E - Black Panther or V - Black Cat

Okay, so next tournament here is going to be a 300 point build, the twist being that no single character can be more than 75 points.

The team I'm looking at is as follows:

Moondragon (71) - Nice with flight, MC, TK which will come in
handy with the next pick..
Sabretooth Vet (69) - was looking at vet Wolvie, but he's 6 points
more with the only advantage being slightly better movement,
a lower AV and his X-Men ability useless with no other X's on
my team. Vic can be taxied by TK even in battle fury mode,
he's got charge and B/C/F.
AIM Medic Vet (17) - love this support figure w/ three clicks of
support, an 8 attack and the Hydra team abiliity.
Controller Vet (69) - I dig this guy. Starts with 2 clicks of mind
control, then if he's pushed or hit, he goes to super strength
and toughness to be a mini brick, followed by Regen late in the
dial. He takes alot of people by surprise.
Doombot Vet (38) - fairly inexpensive to use as a taxi while also
being useful with leadership, toughness and energy explosion.

That leaves me with 36 points. I'm trying to decide whether to go with the E- Black Panther or the V- Black Cat.

Black Cat - leap/climb followed by stealth and probability control 4
clicks down her dial. She is nice for forcing re-rolls.
Black Panther - Stealth and blade/claws/fangs which makes him
better up close than the Cat. He has Outwit, but only for 1
click, so if he's hit early the outwit is done. DV is higher on
the first click and lower on the last.

Dials have the same number of clicks of health and the damage numbers are the same (though BP can do much damage w/ B/C/F)

I like outwit, but you have to be careful w/ Panther, keep him stealthed in hindering terrain to hold onto it which negates the worth of his B/C/F and takes him out of the fight w/ his 0 range. BC has a 4 range and keeps her PC much longer down the dial which could certainly come in handy.

So Help me out - which to choose.

With the 75 point restriction in mind I'd go with Black Cat over Panther. Besides 2 of your characters are rather roll dependent (Sabretooth and Moony) so PC will help them out quite a bit.

Aside from this I'd suggest downgraging Controller to his Ex version, the Vet doesn't gain too much for those extra 19 points spent. This'll let you insert a Vulture at the very least, or you could be even more creative and play around with the points.

I would use Vet Black Cat above Exp. She has 1 more click of life, 2 extra clicks of Prob. Control, and a higher attack to start...The only advantage exp has is the Spiderman team and with the team he's choosen he would only gain free move and +1 to hit on range attacks....Oh, and that next to worthless ability of Masters of Evil.

I would go with Felicia as well,simply because you get more out of PC with your particular team.I would also consider downgrading Controller to Exp. too.

Excellent, that was exactly the sort of feedback I was looking for.

The reason I went with Vet Controller was because I don't have the Exp Controller. If I come by the E-Controller before the tournament I will definitely look to swap him in and play around with my extra 19 points.
