The Mr. Sinister thread got me thinking that if we got a new Sinister, we need to at least finish up the Marauders, since by my count we only have Arclight (usable, accurate version), Sabretooth (accurate for when he was a Marauder before he had to be an uber-villain), and Harpoon (accurate enough for me).
So for a Mutant Massacre Marauders squad, we need Scalphunter, Blockbuster, Scrambler and Riptide. Did I forget anyone?
I'll start off with my vision of a Scalphunter dial, as he's the most vital missing member:
#MM301 V Scalphunter
Team: No Affiliation
Range: 10 :bolt::bolt:
Points: 95
Keywords: Marauders

Trait: Damage dealt by Scalphunter may not be reduced below 1.
Basically, Scalphunter needs to be a super-sniper. He was always set up in the perfect spot to hit whoever he was hunting. The armor-piercing trait and SP are based on his ability to create whatever weapon he needed. I gave him L/C after his first sniper click to show his ability to evade detection after making his kill shot.
I didn't make any attempts to calculate a point cost, just did a rough guess about what the sum of those abilities might cost.
So there you go. Hopefully the dial represents a ruthless ranged killer that's fairly average when pinned down and facing a close combat threat.
