I was playing in a match recently and this came up regarding Vector's SP:
KINETIC CONTROL: Vector can use Telekinesis. Opposing characters within 3 squares may be moved with Telekinesis as if they were friendly characters. Opposing characters that are moved in this way may be dealt 1 damage after the action resolves.
Now, I am pretty sure I know the answer to this, and I was trying to explain to the player and judge how it works, but the judge ruled differently.
The bolded part of the SP was the question. Basically, the power works the same as any TK would work, but, with the way it is worded the judge ruled that Vector can TK all opposing figures within 3 squares.
I was trying to say that it is the same as TK and only one figure is allowed to be TK'd, not all.
Was I right? Can only one figure be TK'd, even though it says opposing figures?
He also ruled that the damage dealt can be evaded via Super Senses. Was this wrong as well?
Thanks
