Not being a huge fan of fb myself I've never had this issue come up. Charge ignores knockback I assume that includes knockback damage as well ? Combat reflexes ignores kb damage but not actual kb?

Charge ignores knockback, yes. So there's no way for a Charge character to be knocked back, making the issue of knock back damage moot.
Combat Reflexes lets you ignore knockback damage. It does not let you ignore actual knockback.
Beaten to the punch..
Charge ignores knockback only, of course, no knockback = no damage. Combat reflexes Ignores knockback damage, but you still would take knockback.

Charge
Give this character a power action; halve its speed value for the action. Move this character up to its replacement speed value and then it may be given a close combat action as a free action. A character with this power ignores knock back.
Knock back is ignored, yes, but no mention is made of knock back damage. If somehow knock back were to occur, then damage would be dealt normally.
Combat Reflexes
Modify this character’s defense value by +2 against close combat attacks. When this character is dealt damage from an attack, it may choose to be knocked back. This character ignores knock back damage.
Knock back damage is ignored, yep, but no mention is made of ignoring knock back itself. A character with CR can choose to take knock back when it normally would not do so, buy it can't choose to not take knock back.

wait what?
If someone Force Blast me, I technically can stay adjacent to them correct? Since i can Choose if i want to be knocked back right?

Are you talking about Combat Reflexes?
If so, no.

If you're dealt damage from an attack, you can choose to be knocked back... but nothing says you can choose to NOT be knocked back in situations where you normally would be knocked back.

Not to derail the thread but all my ranged figs with combat reflexes just got a boost! Thanks for clarifying this rule that I had totally wrong!

Since one of the easiest ways to shut down a potent ranged combat attacker is to simply move adjacent to them, Combat Reflexes works very well for a ranged attacker as it essentially allows them to run away and get clear if they are attacked in close combat... and then they can turn around and shoot their attacker next turn.

Thanks for the clarification I was pretty sure I was getting it right when I read it the other night with the new Iron Man FB a Ben Reilly into a wall and he was pushed away but did not take any damage because it was KB Damage so I was right!
I dare say I'm starting to understand all the rules again without having to look them up... OMG I might have to become a judge again!!
