Ultimates is huge obviously. Choosing between Shield and PD with my wildcards that aren't using their action, to bump my range, attack or damage, and with the 3 enhancement, I should be able to do 5+ damage almost every attack with my 4 primary attackers. Being based isn't a bid deal since young supes, bullseye, hitman are all just as scary at melee range. Even my support figs can do some solid shooting with the enhance/pd/shield bumps if they get line of fire somehow.
