WoS only tournament 300 pt team

I have 300pt WoS only tournament this weekend. Feats and BFCs are allowed. I was thinking of running

Hammer Agent x4
Elite Hammer Operative x2
Norman Osborne
294 pts.

So I have six points left over for feats. Any suggestions on the squad or feats and bfc's for it?

First of all, I'd make sure with your venue that you can use feats and BFCs, as the tournament is "WOS only" and the feats and BFCs for WOS haven't been released yet.

If they are allowing any ol' feats, then I would consider Coordination on Norman. It allows him to fire through all the HAMMER agents that should be between him and your opponents.

Alias on Norman can give him a chance to use Shape Change on an attack -- this could allow you to choose your damage, basically, if you're trying to get him to his IP/GG clicks.

Endurance would also be a good card to help Norman get to his transformation clicks.


As for BFCs, I'm a fan of BFCs that don't nerf a particular team... players that feel like the BFC will hurt them tend to cancel those, whereas if the BFC helps both teams, they tend to not want to waste their "cancel" on those.

If you're going to use the WOS Bridge map, consider Skyscrapers... takes away the ability of flyers to hide from your grounded forces on the elevated terrain.

I just played a team like that, worked really well, Especially if you have Goblin and Iron patriot.

I enjoyed Nightcrawler and Wolverine x2. Nightcrawler grabs, Wolverines smash. Wolverine's special leadership can remove tokens from each other then they heal right back up.

Worked great right up until I came upon an IM+WM that simply duo attacked each of my wolverines to death, a single action to kill each wolverine. Both dead in 4 turns and I resigned. (move up, kill, rest, kill)
